• Before the treatment, the groomer will assess the dog’s condition and you will be advised of any additional treatment or charge.
• Prices noted above are based on your dog’s coat being regularly maintained and in good condition. Dogs with excess matting may incur an additional charge.
• Grooming will be to breed standard, please advise us of any special requirements on arrival.
• The dog’s health & welfare always comes first. We will offer treatment recommendations which may be advised to keep your dog healthy & happy.
• Owners accept responsibility for informing the groomer of any health problems the dog may have upon arrival.
• We do not provide a veterinary service, if you have any concerns about your dog’s medical health, you should consult your veterinarian.
• We reserve the right to refuse a dog that presents a risk of injury to itself or staff due to being distressed or aggressive anytime during the groom.
• All dogs should be wormed and vaccinated. Dogs found to have fleas will incur a surcharge of €10.
• Your dog may be photographed before, during or after its groom. Photographs may be used for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer your dog not to be photographed.
• Payment in full is due when your dog is being collected. Apologies but we do not accept cheques or payments by credit/debit card.
• We would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancelation fee of up to 25% of service cost. No-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the appointment cost.
• Late arrivals: Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 20 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next pet. If so we will need to reschadule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.
• An estimated time for collection will be confirmed when the dog arrives. The dog should be collected with 30 minutes of the collection time. Delayed collection may incur an additional charge.
• We do not, nor will we ever share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or other purposes.
The Loyalty Card
- Lost cards can not be replaced.
- Two cards cannot be joined together.
- Stamps can only be obtained straight after grooming.
- Stamp eligibility subject to full groom only.
- Stamped cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
